Can you watch an ecommerce back office run live?

This post originally announced a public back-office stream. That stream did not continue, so the honest answer to the headline is now no.

What changed

The live-stream plan was discontinued. We are keeping the original announcement video here as a dated record, with the correction attached, instead of presenting an old promise as a current service.

What remains true

The operations problem is still real: orders, support, and daily reporting can consume the founder's week. The useful work is mapping that repeated load, defining the policies, and building a daily operating loop that keeps only genuine founder decisions on the founder's desk.
